Fee is $50 for both days. Early Bird Special $30 if prepaid and registered
by March 25. Cash/Check payable to the Town of Indian Lake. Credit +3%.
Set up on Saturday opens at 8AM at ILCS located at 6345 NYS Route 30.
Enter through backside door behind tennis courts.
Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs. Booth space is 10' x
10'.
No firearms, knives, alcohol, illegal substances are allowed on school
proprty.
Must provide Certificate of Insurance listing the Town and ILCS as
additional insurers as applicable.
On this 6 and 7th day of April 2024, intending to be legally bound hereby, the
undersigned agreed and does hereby release from liability and to indemnify
and hold harmless the Town of Indian Lake, NY, who has offices at 117 Pelon
Road, Indian Lake, NY 12842, and Indian Lake Central School (ILCS) with
offices at 6345 NYS 30, Indian Lake, NY 12842, and any of its Employees or
Agents representing or related to the Town of Indian Lake* and ILCS* as it
regards to this event - Eclipse ADK Indian Lake Artisan/Craft Show.This
release is for all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property
losses or damages occasioned by and/or in collection with any activity or
accommodation for this event.
The undersigned further agrees to abide by all rules and regulations
promulgated by the Town of Indian Lake, ILCS, and/or its affiliate groups and
vendors throughout the event.
*Refers to any Town or ILCS employee, officers, directors, volunteers,
representatives, and agents’ activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers.
